  • Chester County Art Association to organize “Street Chalk Art Contest” on West Market Street

    For the second year Chester County Art Association (CCAA) will sponsor and organize the "Street Chalk Art Contest" as a component of the West Market Street Block Party held in conjunction with the bike race on Saturday, July 5th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  Chalk will be provided for participants and all ages are encouraded to enter.
